About the role
Support nursing teams in providing compassionate, hands-on patient care in an orthopedics and trauma setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and comfort to promote recovery
- Provide non-medical care such as dressing changes and skin protection
- Maintain clean, organized patient areas and manage supplies to ensure safety and efficiency
- Support infection control and team readiness through equipment and log management
- Communicate kindly with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days
- Certified Nursing Assistant or PCT Essentials training
No travel required.
