Patient Care Technician I - Night Shift

About the role

Provide skilled, compassionate care to pregnant women (high- and low-risk), postpartum patients, and support fetal therapy procedures in a Level IV Regional Perinatal Referral Center with advanced obstetric services. The position includes eight days of initial training and ongoing education to enhance skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer patient care during night shifts (7pm-7am), including the care of high-risk pregnancies, postpartum women, and assisting in fetal interventions.
• Maintain certification standards and contribute to a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of relevant clinical experience (e.g., hospital, outpatient, home care).
• Nursing Assistant Certification from the Maryland Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
