Patient Care Technician - Full-time Nights

We are seeking a Patient Care Tech/Unit Secretary for a full-time role working 12-hour night shifts in an acute rehabilitation unit. Key Responsibilities Include Providing basic nursing care to inpatients and outpatients within their designated area.Offering clerical support to nursing staff to facilitate patient care.Collecting and reporting patient information to the supervising RN.Completing all patient care-related documentation accurately. Qualifications Include Completion of a CNA program, first semester of nursing school, or EMT training.California Nursing Assistant Certification or California EMT License.Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.Experience with basic data entry skills.Preferred: Medical terminology knowledge, one year of acute patient care experience, or six months in a clerical or patient support role.
