Patient Care Technician - Cardiac Care Recovery

This role involves assisting in the individualized care of patients under the supervision of RN or LPN, working collaboratively within a team to help patients achieve optimal wellness. Key responsibilities include performing clinical procedures and providing essential non-clinical support tasks to ensure quality patient care. Qualifications High school diploma, G.E.D., CNA/CPCT, or enrollment in a healthcare career program; or current co-worker of the organization.No prior experience required; a 175-hour training program will be provided if needed, completed within 90 days.Certification in BLS within one month of hire and completion of PCT competencies within three months. Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform movements like gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting. Preferred experience and certifications: EMT, Paramedic, or previous patient care experience; certifications such as CNA, EMT, AUA, or CPCT are advantageous.
