Patient Care Technician 7 East

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with professional and practical nursing staff to provide basic care for adult and geriatric patients' needs, including comfort, hygiene, safety, and environmental cleanliness.
• Completes documentation of patient-related tasks.
• Performs all functions delegated by the nurse staff and adheres to policies and procedures and scope of practice.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Previous training and/or one year experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
• Current American Heart BLS or Heart saver AED where approved.
