Patient Care Tech - Med Surg/Telemetry - Full-Time, Night - Jefferson Bucks

About the role

Jefferson Health Northeast is seeking a qualified individual to join our team. This position is located in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with Jefferson Health’s standards and protocols.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control practices and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with Jefferson Health policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• At least one year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $XX.XX - $XXXX.XX annually, commensurate with experience.
