Responsibilities

  • Support patients with their daily living activities and personal care, ensuring they maintain their dignity and comfort throughout their hospital stay.
  • Protect patient safety by assisting with careful movement, positioning, and transfers to prevent injury and promote physical recovery.
  • Advocate for patient well-being by observing and reporting any changes in their physical or emotional condition to the nursing team for immediate clinical attention.
  • Create a healing environment by maintaining clean, organized patient rooms and ensuring that essential medical equipment is ready for use at a moment's notice.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
  • High School diploma or equivalency, OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Schedule

  • Full Time
  • Days: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • 3 shifts per week
  • Every third weekend and every other holiday rotation.
