About the role
Deliver compassionate, direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living and mobility to ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
Act as a critical line of defense by observing and reporting changes in patients’ physical, mental, and emotional status to the nursing team for rapid, proactive care.
Document patient care journeys accurately and efficiently to maintain seamless communication across the healthcare team and ensure high-quality records.
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and sterile environment by managing room cleanliness and equipment readiness, directly contributing to superior infection control and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility to ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Observe and report changes in patients’ physical, mental, and emotional status to the nursing team for rapid, proactive care.
- Document patient care journeys accurately and efficiently to maintain seamless communication across the healthcare team and ensure high-quality records.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and sterile environment by managing room cleanliness and equipment readiness, directly contributing to superior infection control and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s) BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work within a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
