How you’ll make an impact in this role
Obtains and records vital signs, accurately charting patient data and promptly reporting abnormal findings.
Maintains accurate documentation of fluid intake and output, supporting safe patient care and clinical decision-making.
Performs blood draws as trained, following proper phlebotomy techniques and safety protocols.
Provides direct patient care, including rounding with patients and assisting with activities of daily living to support comfort and mobility.
Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Aide preferred.
- Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences We're Seeking
- 12+ months of direct care experience as a Patient Care Technician in a hospital setting
