ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provides care to patients in a manner that promotes safety, comfort, and therapeutic environment.
- Affords assistance to patients with activities of daily living.
- Attends to patient behavioral problems and provides assistance in crisis intervention, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Affords assistance with monitoring patients during education times.
- Effectively communicates in English via verbal and written means.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS
- BLS certification is required upon hire.
- De-escalation training is required within 30 days of hire.
