About the role

Riverton Surgery Center is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join their dedicated team. The center partners with local physicians, Intermountain Health, and Surgery Partners to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Unbagging and bagging equipment
• Make up post-op kits
• Direct doctors and patients to appropriate rooms
• Auxiliary medical staff with patient care
• Perform visual fields
• Setup patients for required testing
• Maintain sterilization of instruments and equipment
• Keep supplies adequately stocked
• Ensure front and back waiting rooms are orderly

Requirements

• Graduate of a Patient care tech program preferred (CNA)
• At least six months prior related experience in assisting with care of patients
• Current American Heart Association BLS certificate required
