About the role

As a Patient Care Tech, your role extends beyond support, allowing you to utilize your specialized skills to provide compassionate, personalized care, and assist RNs in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities

• Aid nurses with patients and treatments as needed, including helping patients with daily personal activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Prepare and transport patients and communicate patient concerns to nurses.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
