About the role
Mcleod Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Affords patients their needs as assigned based on data collected through history, observation, physical examination, and analysis of diagnostic data.
- Provides appropriate nursing interventions, consistent with the Plan of Care and standards of practice, incorporating the Physician’s prescribed medical plans of care.
- Supports and validates hourly rounds using service excellence standards.
- Ensures compliance with established unit standards, policies, standards of care, and coordinates patient care activities for the assigned shift.
- Manages employee related complaints, issues, and concerns to optimize the work environment.
- Fosters an environment that demonstrates caring, compassion, and respect for all patients, families, and visitors.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
- Must possess a valid South Carolina or compact (multi-state) RN license.
- This position requires an active Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certifications.

Pay

Schedule
This position requires a 72-hour biweekly schedule, night shift from 7:00pm to 7:00am, as scheduled.
