Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Must not include placeholder sections.

That's about the role. So we can have

That's about the role. So we can have About the role
with that paragraph.
Then "Essential Functions" includes many bullet-like sentences. We can treat as Responsibilities. So Responsibilities
with - items.
We need to extract each essential function as list items.
Let's list them:

Then "Requirements:" then "Qualifications" subheading.
We need sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We have "Requirements: Qualifications Applicants must possess the following qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience): Education High School Diploma or GED preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Medical Assistant certification desired Experience— 2 - 4 years of experience in a clinical role Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Must be able to handle client information discreetlyMust be organized, able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projectsMust have excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) and be comfortable with multi-taskingAbility to work effectively and cooperatively with staff; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; able to juggle multiple priorities a mustComputer skills basic Microsoft office, email and use of Electronic Health Records strongly preferredExperience in customer service desirableMust be able to work a flexible schedule, and travel to multiple sites, as neededPlanned Parenthood seeks candidates who have experience delivering care and services to diverse service populationsPlanned Parenthood seeks candidates who have proficiency in two or more languagesA commitment to PPCWNY’s mission, vision, & values, along with a commitment to providing services to a wide range of clients and to the goals of PPCWNY is essential"
We can split into sections: Requirements (maybe overall), Qualifications (education, certs, experience), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). But we must only include sections that have real specific content. We can include Requirements as a heading with maybe a short paragraph summarizing? But we must not create filler. The posting has a "Requirements:" line then details. We could treat that as Requirements section with a
containing the text after "Requirements:"? However we also have Qualifications and Skills subheadings inside. The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have separate headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what content goes under each.
The posting says: "Requirements: Qualifications Applicants must possess the following qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience): Education High School Diploma or GED preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Medical Assistant certification desired Experience— 2 - 4 years of experience in a clinical role Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Must be able to handle client information discreetly..."
Thus we can parse:
- Requirements: maybe a brief statement? But the text after "Requirements:" is actually the qualifications. So we could treat the whole block as Qualifications. But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we can have Requirements section with a short paragraph: "Applicants must possess the following qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience):" then list? But that repeats.
Better: Use Requirements heading for the general statement (maybe none). But we must not create filler. If we put Requirements heading with no specific content, that's not allowed. So we should either omit Requirements heading if we don't have distinct content separate from Qualifications and Skills. However the instruction list includes Requirements as an example but says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we need to see if there is distinct content for Requirements beyond Qualifications and Skills. The posting lumps them together; there is no separate "Requirements" paragraph besides the intro "Requirements: Qualifications ...". So we could treat that as the Qualifications section, and maybe not include a separate Requirements heading. But we could also treat the "Requirements:" line as a heading and then the content as Qualifications and Skills sub-sections? But we only allowed headings, not nested. So we cannot have subheadings.
Thus we need to decide: either we combine Qualifications and Skills under one heading (maybe "Qualifications") and include education, certs, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities. Or we split into Qualifications and Skills headings.
Given the posting explicitly separates "Education", "Certificates, Licenses, Registrations", "Experience", then "Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities". That fits Qualifications (education, certs, experience) and Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). So we can have:
Qualifications
with - for Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Experience.
Skills
with - for each knowledge, skill, ability.
We should not include a separate Requirements heading because its content is covered.
Now Benefits and Pay and Schedule.
Benefits: "In addition to competitive compensation, PPCWNY offers an extensive benefits package with generous Paid Time Off, 10 paid holidays, affordable medical, dental, and vision options, Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account, 401(k) with match, and much more!"
Pay: "At PPCWNY, we are committed to equitable compensation practices and transparency. In alignment with these efforts, the pay for this position ranges from $20.71 to $24.05/hour. Actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by law."
Schedule: "Work Schedule This is a full-time (40 hours per week); regular schedule will be Monday – Friday with occasional evenings and weekends."
Thus we have specific content for Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So include those headings.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown.
We'll produce:
