Job Description Summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking a full-time Front Office Associate in Sun City Center, FL. The position offers Monday - Friday hours, 7 paid holidays + 1 personal paid holiday, and access to benefits including PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, and more.

Millennium Physician Group is a comprehensive primary care practice with more than 400 health care providers throughout Florida. The company has corporate headquarters in Fort Myers, Florida, and includes primary care offices, Imaging Centers, Lab Services, Physical Therapy, and Wellness Programs. Millennium Physician Group also has administrative departments supporting their medical offices, such as Quality Assurance, ACO, Business Services, Coding ACO, IT, Human Resources, and more.

Responsibilities

• Extensive training provided, including classroom and in-office shadowing
• Introduction to Electronic Health Records systems, referral processes, and Patient Portal

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three months related experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of EMR systems (Athena knowledge preferred but not required)
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
