SMG Family Medicine New Town in Williamsburg, VA is hiring a Full-Time Patient Care Specialist!
Work Shift
First (Days)
Hours
Monday-Friday 8:00a -4:30p, Dayshift. No weekend shifts required. NO NIGHTS or HOLIDAYS!
Primary Duties
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering patient questions
Education
HS Diploma or Associate Level degree in lieu of the required experience will be considered.
Experience
- 3 years Customer Service experience required.
- 1 year experience with Health Insurance Plans, Medical Records Data, Medical Terminology, Registration, Scheduling, or Third-Party Payers required.
- Electronic Medical Record preferred.
