Responsibilities

• Program development and growth
• Monitoring of all metrics
• Guaranteeing a positive client experience
• Working with team members to ensure retention in care
• Managing daily operations (i.e. supplies, schedules)
• Managing maintenance logs and upkeep of the unit
• Providing phlebotomy and nursing services to the client
• Working with the Regional Director to ensure grant compliance
• Working very closely with internal departmental partners
• Identifying external partners to meet the needs of the clients
• Assisting individuals with mobile healthcare services
• Providing compassionate and non-judgmental customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience in healthcare or social services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures and equipment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
