Key Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care
- Overseeing OASIS documentation accuracy, compliance, and quality metrics
- Driving performance improvement initiatives and ensuring adherence to Medicare and regulatory standards
- Collaborating with physicians, patients, and families on care planning
- Fostering a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and compassion
- Supporting staff development through coaching and training
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Active RN license
- Home health experience, with strong OASIS knowledge
- Preferred: Leadership or supervisory experience
- Deep understanding of Medicare and compliance standards
- Passion for team leadership and improving patient outcomes
