Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily clinical operations of our pre-op, intra-op, and post-op teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and compassionate patient care to an increasingly diverse patient population.
- Engage, mentor, supervise and evaluate the team to reach their full potential and inspire continued professional growth.
- Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation and scheduling.
- Regularly assess unit operations and identify process improvements to enhance the patient experience.
- Excel as a change agent, advancing initiatives focused on enhancing quality and performance throughout the unit.
- Partner with our senior leaders who encourage and support continuous growth in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree. If currently pursuing a Master’s Degree, must obtain within 1 year of hire.
- Either bachelors or graduate degree must be in nursing.
- Current NYS RN licensure (or willingness to obtain NYS licensure).
- 3 years clinical experience.
- BCLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience.
- Previous acute care experience in Perioperative Services.
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.

Pay
$170,000 - $217,000/Annual
