Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) - Medical A Unit

The Role

The Patient Care Coordinator will provide daily, shift-to-shift leadership to support the operations of the Medical A Unit. Key responsibilities include:

• Exhibiting excellence in clinical patient care, customer service, critical thinking, schedule management, relationship competencies, and organizational skills.
• Ensuring appropriate clinical and customer satisfaction outcomes are met.
• Leading a team to achieve these outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Two years of experience as an RN within the specialty area or related specialty area preferred.
