The Role
The Patient Care Coordinator will provide daily, shift-to-shift leadership to support the operations of the Medical A Unit. Key responsibilities include:
- Exhibiting excellence in clinical patient care, customer service, critical thinking, schedule management, relationship competencies, and organizational skills.
- Ensuring appropriate clinical and customer satisfaction outcomes are met.
- Leading a team to achieve these outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three years of related professional nursing experience.
- Two years of experience as an RN within the specialty area or related specialty area preferred.
