Patient Care Coordinator – Part-Time

Part-time position with flexible hours up to 30 hours per week, requiring travel between Kearney and Grand Island, NE.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments for multiple locations
• Liaise with customers and maintain strong communication
• Perform inventory management
• Handle simple repair and cleaning of medical devices
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Multitask in a fast-paced office environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong business etiquette and professional attire
• Willingness to travel between Kearney and Grand Island
