About the role

As a Patient Care Coordinator at Hegstad Family Dental, you will support the doctor teams by checking in patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, answering questions, and managing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and schedule appointments using a scheduling software
• Verify dental insurance and answer related questions
• Oversee patient account management

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Typing and data entry skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Professional customer service skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

• Monday’s OFF
• Tuesday’s 1:30pm-8:15pm
• Wednesday’s 6:30am-2:15pm
• Thursday’s 6:30am-3:45pm
• Friday’s 6:30am-2:15pm
• Saturday’s 7:00am-2:45pm (4 per year, starting 2027)
