More About The Role
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Compensation includes $200 per delivery and $200 per pick-up. The role offers a flexible schedule and Monday-Friday availability with some weekend opportunities.
Position Summary
- Support patients using TWO2 therapy by working with the Wound Care Consultant, Virtual Therapy Clinical Support team, and Regional Sales Manager.
- Manage own schedule and perform product delivery, set-up, pick-up, and cleaning.
- Provide patient education and support.
- Motivate and encourage patients to utilize TWO2 therapy.
- Track and review patient therapy data and interact with patients to address concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal therapy utilization and wound progress.
- Identify and escalate potential therapy issues to the appropriate team.
- Utilize wound imaging platform and communication tools to document progress and communicate with patients.
- Coordinate paperwork and ensure proper equipment levels.
- Communicate effectively across departments and teams.
- Work extended hours as needed, particularly during peak periods.
Qualifications And Skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, homecare, medical equipment delivery, or a similar field.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to travel using a personal vehicle.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for job-related travel.
- Skilled in using software, iPad, and smartphone applications.
- Experience with Ring Central or Go Canvas App a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and escalate potential therapy issues.
- Emotional intelligence and ability to engage patients compassionately.
- Attention to detail and professionalism in representing the company.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and patient needs.
- Organizational skills for efficient paperwork coordination and time management.
- Goal-oriented focus on therapy utilization and wound progress.
