Patient Care Associate - PRN

Job Summary Assist in providing individualized patient care under the supervision of RN or LPN to promote patient wellness. Work collaboratively as part of a team, recognizing the importance of group goals. Perform clinical procedures and support tasks essential to patient care. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma, G.E.D., CNA/CPTC, or enrollment in a healthcare career program; or current employee.No prior experience required; training provided if needed.Completion of a 175-hour training program within 90 days for those without experience, meeting state requirements.Certifications: BLS within one month; PCA competencies within three months.Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements required for duties.Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
