Patient Care Associate - Part-Time

Seeking a compassionate healthcare professional responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living and providing basic care to acutely ill patients. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and clean environment, performing EKGs, and Venipuncture under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalentBasic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 monthsRelevant certification or diploma such as PCA/PCT, CNA, EMT, or enrollment in nursing school with coursework completionExperience as PCA/PCT, Home Health Aide, or CMA is advantageous Effective training certifications through the American Heart Association are required for BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
