Works cooperatively with others as part of a team; recognizes the importance of group goals. Performs designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to providing care to the patient.

Qualifications

Required:

• Education: High school diploma, G.E.D, CNA/CPTC, or enrolled in a healthcare career program through high school curriculum; age 18 and able to participate in Mercy's UAP training program; or current Mercy co‑worker.
• Experience: None required.
• Training: If no previous experience, Mercy provides a required 175‑hour training program meeting state Department of Health and Senior Services requirements, completed during new‑hire orientation within 90 days of hire.
