Patient Care Associate - Full Time - Nights

About the role

Assists in providing patient care under the supervision of RN or LPN, supporting individualized wellness goals.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, G.E.D., CNA/CPTC, or enrollment in a healthcare program
• No prior experience required
• Completion of a 175-hour training program within 90 days if inexperienced
• Must obtain BLS certification within one month
• Must obtain PCA competencies within three months

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform tasks involving reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting

Preferred Skills

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus
