Patient Care Associate- ALL Shifts

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out routine rounds and monitor clients' safety and well-being.
• Assist with vital signs and document health observations accurately.
• Respond calmly to medical or behavioral emergencies while maintaining client dignity.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and documentation.
• Provide trauma-informed, compassionate support to clients.
• Collaborate with nursing, clinical, and residential staff to ensure consistent care.
• Contribute to light housekeeping and laundry to keep the environment clean and healing.

• A team player who prioritizes patient care.
• Able to pass a Level 2 background check and drug screen (HB531).
• Clean driving record.
• CPR/BLS certified.
• High school diploma or GED, required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology or social work, preferred.
