About the Role

This position provides direct, non-licensed patient care under supervision, supporting clinical staff in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Environment management: maintain cleanliness, equipment, and safety standards.
• Supply management: order, stock, and distribute supplies while practicing cost containment.
• Patient care and safety:
  • Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living.
  • Document care accurately.
  • Respond to emergency situations.
• Maintain professionalism by respecting patient rights, communicating effectively, and prioritizing tasks.
• Secondary duties may include on-call responsibilities and other assignments.
• Emphasize teamwork, accountability, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
