Patient Care Assistant – Medical Departments – Part Time

Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supporting patient care across various hospital departments under RN supervision. Responsibilities Assist with direct and indirect patient care tasks within legal scope.Support nursing staff with delegated duties to ensure quality patient care.Work in diverse units including Medical Surgical, Telemetry, Neuro/Peds/Trauma, and float pool settings. Qualifications Must be 18+ years old.Completion of 12 college credits or high school diploma with CNA training preferred.Ability to adapt to unpredictable patient care situations.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross, or willingness to obtain during orientation. Skills: Patient care, adaptability, teamwork, legal scope of practice, emergency response. Additional Details: Part-time schedule with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
