Patient Care Assistant, Med/Surg - 18170

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of patient care experience preferred
• Current Pennsylvania nursing assistant, EMT, or Paramedic certification
• Completion of nursing assistant course
• Completion of clinical medical assistant program
• Completion of one semester of nursing school (RN or LPN program)
• Completion of one semester of pre-med school
• Current experience as nursing assistant
• Certification in Healthcare Provider (CPR) within 6 months of start date
• Certification in Comprehensive Crisis Management within 18 months of start date
