Responsibilities
- Preparing patient documentation
- Providing direct patient care within scope
- Reviewing clinician documentation for accuracy
- Ensuring team compliance
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted LPN licensure in the relevant state
- Valid driver's license
- Vehicle insurance and access to transportation
