Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Assistant Night Shift to join our healthcare team.
Starting Pay
Rate: $18 - $20 per hour

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in a nursing home, community care, or a teaching hospital setting.
This position offers an opportunity to work in the patient's home environment.
Responsibilities
- Aid patients with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide support in in-home and with errands, appointments, and activities outside of home, such as shopping and light housekeeping
- Assist in medical documentation and record-keeping
- Collaborate with the patient, family, and members of our home health agency to ensure patient well-being
Skills
- Experience in nursing home or home community care preferred
- Familiarity with basic medical documentation willing to receive on the job training if no history in-home care or clinical experience
- Knowledge of dementia care practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic phone and computer skills
