What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating)
- Pass medications and monitor resident conditions
- Support residents with dementia with compassion and respect
- Aid with mobility, activities, and maintaining a clean environment
- Communicate with residents, families, and team members
- Document care using computers, iPads, and electronic charting systems
What You'll Need:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- CNA or TMA certification is NOT required — we will train the right candidate
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Complete at least 12 hours of annual in-service education and all required training
- Proficient in using technology, including the resident charting system
