Responsibilities

  • Guidance and Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their medical-card benefits, providing clear explanations of the EEOICPA/RECA programs.
  • Data Management: Accurately input and maintain patient records using strong computer skills and CRM systems.
  • Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality.
  • Requesting Medical Records.
  • Relationship Building + Clear Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, authorized representatives, case managers, and internal teams.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service, striving to continuously improve patient satisfaction.
  • Professional Representation: Represent the company professionally, ensuring patients receive the support they need.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with EEOICPA/RECA programs or a willingness to undergo training.
  • Prior customer service experience, especially in telephone communication.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM systems (or willingness and ability to learn).
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.

Pay

USD $22.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
