Responsibilities
- Guidance and Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their medical-card benefits, providing clear explanations of the EEOICPA/RECA programs.
- Data Management: Accurately input and maintain patient records using strong computer skills and CRM systems.
- Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality.
- Requesting Medical Records.
- Relationship Building + Clear Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, authorized representatives, case managers, and internal teams.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service, striving to continuously improve patient satisfaction.
- Professional Representation: Represent the company professionally, ensuring patients receive the support they need.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with EEOICPA/RECA programs or a willingness to undergo training.
- Prior customer service experience, especially in telephone communication.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM systems (or willingness and ability to learn).
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
Pay
USD $22.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
