We'll provide the training and support you need to learn the business, develop new skills, and grow in your role.What You’ll DoAs a Patient Account Specialist, you’ll:Talk with patients about their account balances and answer questionsExplain insurance payments and patient responsibility in an easy-to-understand wayHelp patients identify payment and account resolution optionsSet up payment arrangementsResearch account information and help resolve billing questionsKeep accurate account notes and recordsWork with your team to find solutions and provide a positive patient experienceBuild Skills.
