Patient Account Representative - Work Comp

Job Summary

As a Patient Account Representative, you will work office hours to file, follow up on work comp insurance claims throughout the entire filing process, and apply/adjust payments for services. You will work alongside our administrative team and patient account representatives to create a seamless billing experience for employers and payers. You will help answer questions related to work comp claims filed.

Responsibilities

• File and follow up on work comp insurance claims throughout the entire filing process.
• Apply/adjust payments for services.
• Answer questions regarding work comp claims filed.
• Work remotely as a part of a small, close-knit team of professionals.

Requirements

• A working knowledge of the billing process.
• Some work comp claims experience.
