This is a remote position available for Colorado residents only. A three-month on-site training is required at the Mineral office location in Centennial. Once training is completed and expectations are met, you will have the option to work from home or on-site. Training schedule is 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Resolve regulatory and commercial accounts.
- Facilitate the analysis and research of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to problem-solve outstanding accounts.
- Analyze credit balances and issue refunds as necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of computer experience and strong customer service skills.
- Prior office experience in a healthcare environment, medical terminology, and the ability to multitask and prioritize are preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Sedentary work involving prolonged periods of sitting.
- Exert up to 10 lbs of force occasionally.

Pay
$18.42 - $31.25 per hour.
