Title: Patient Access Services Coordinator Facility: Winter Haven Hospital - Imaging Department
Responsibilities
- Performing functions in any or all of the following PAS modalities: Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance, and Document Imaging
- Proficient in all of the Patient Access Service modalities within the department
- Resolves PAS and customer service issues
- Processes payroll
- Maintains department staffing schedules
- Assists the manager in providing guidance and direction to the Patient Access Service Representatives
- May be required to rotate shifts, and occasionally takes on-call responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Experience: 3 years in a related field
- Education: HS Graduate or Equivalent (GED required); Associate's Degree preferred
Schedule
Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM; no weekend work.
