About the role

The Patient Access Supervisor manages and provides operational oversight to the department/business functions of the assigned area or multiple clinic/geographic locations to ensure efficient and effective operations. This may include a combination of reception, insurance verification, patient scheduling, patient registration, and co‑pay/co‑insurance collection. The supervisor oversees registration/scheduling staff, optimizes staff performance through workload distribution, staff reassignment, and feedback on expected outcomes, monitors and maintains performance improvement results, and ensures consistent patient‑service expectations.
