At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Patient Access Specialists strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. This customer service position is often the first person a patient encounters when entering the St. Luke’s Wood River Medical Center. This important role supports exceptional interactions to ensure professional, timely and accurate written and verbal communication with both patients and caregivers (both in person and by phone).

• Schedule: Thursday-Friday 0830-2100, Saturday-Sunday 1230-2100

Minimum Qualifications For This Role

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
