Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and report significant changes to healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota.
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications

Pay
