We need to output sections only if real content.
We'll create sections: About the role (maybe Job Summary), Responsibilities (Job Description), Requirements (Preferred Additional Requirements), Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Physical Requirements (maybe as part of Requirements? but we can have separate). The instruction: use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings.
We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (Job Summary), Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions), Requirements (Preferred Additional Requirements), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also Physical Requirements could be under Requirements or separate but not in list; but we could include under Requirements as part of it. However they said use those headings as examples, not mandatory. We can add Physical Requirements as a subsection maybe under Requirements but better to have its own heading? Not in examples but allowed? Probably safer to stick to given headings. Physical Requirements could be included under Requirements as a bullet.
We'll include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Now craft HTML.
About the role: use
for prose. We'll put the Job Summary paragraph (maybe trimmed to not include benefits list). Actually the Job Summary includes benefits list; we should separate benefits list into Benefits section. So we need to split the Job Summary text: remove the benefits list from it. The Job Summary ends before "Monument Health offers competitive wages and benefits on qualifying positions. Some of those benefits can include:" That's benefits. So About the role should be up to before that sentence. Let's extract: "It starts with heart. That is what you will do each day. As a Patient Access Specialist I at Monument Health, you can begin your healthcare career with no experience necessary. You will be valued as an essential team member providing compassionate patient focused care. You will discover a culture of teamwork, professionalism, mutual respect, and— most importantly— a life-changing career. You will make a difference. Every day. As a Patient Access Specialist I, you are responsible for the integrity of all front-end patient access and registration functions including support of excellent patient care and seamless revenue cycle process. You are the first person our patients see each time they enter the facility or department! Our vision at Monument Health is to be one team, to listen, to be inclusive, and to show we care. To do the right thing. Every time. If you share this philosophy, we hope you’ll join us." That's the About the role. Now Responsibilities: list of essential job functions (the long list). We'll put each sentence as
