Responsibilities
- Greet patients in-person and over the phone
- Verify insurance and demographic details
- Manage patient flow

Requirements
- 1-2 years of medical insurance verification experience
- 2-3 years of customer service in healthcare
- BLS certification within 60 days of hire
- High school diploma or GED
Skills
- Strong communication and active listening
- Familiarity with MS Office and EMR/EPM systems
- Flexibility with schedule, including holidays and weekends
