About the Role

The Patient Access Specialist will be responsible for ensuring patient records are accurately charted and maintained in the Epic system. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Accurately chart patient information in the Epic system
• Ensure patient records are complete and up-to-date
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Manage daily workflow to meet department goals

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in using the Epic charting system
