Patient Access Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead complex front-end revenue cycle activities for hospital and physician group partners.
• Perform accurate patient registration, benefits, and eligibility verification.
• Obtain prior authorizations to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Provide compassionate financial counseling, explaining coverage and payment options.
• Resolve access-related issues to facilitate patient care and financial processes.
• Partner with clinical, billing, and analytics teams to identify process improvements.
• Mentor junior staff to support team development.
