Patient Access Specialist
The Patient Access Specialist (PAS) assists patients with provider and nursing issues needing prompt resolution and serves as a key point of contact for patient needs, requests, and access to their provider. This role manages provider schedules, coordinates patient appointments, returns calls, and ensures timely communication. The PAS collaborates with all staff—both clinical and clerical—to maintain an efficient, professional environment while meeting the needs of the patient.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- PREFERRED: One (1) year of receptionist or administrative experience in an office or clinic setting
