About the Role
Coordinates and reviews the work of subordinate employees and assists in scheduling outpatient care. Provides guidance to staff within established policies and work areas. Handles sensitive and confidential information, requiring interpretation of policies and procedures to guide decisions.
Responsibilities
- Makes decisions regarding daily priorities for a work group, including coordinating work activities and monitoring schedule adherence.
- Assists with scheduling patient appointments and coordinates schedules with patients.
- Verifies patient demographic and financial responsibilities.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
- Five years' relevant experience: Preferred
Pay
The estimated base pay for this position is $25.00 to $30.45 per hour. Additional compensation may include differentials, shift incentives, or bonuses. Base pay is part of a comprehensive rewards package, including benefits.
