Summary
As a Patient Access Scheduling Coordinator Float (PASCF) at Moffitt Cancer Center, must exemplify adherence to all performance metrics and training requirements. The PACSF works in each clinic as assigned and must demonstrate a working knowledge of a multitude of scheduling and registration processes for Outpatient Services to include but not limited to: Surgery, Blood and Bone Marrow, Integrated Clinical Services, Diagnostics, Labs, Behavioral Health, Virtual Health, Research, and Infusion of the Medical Center and can be pulled to work in any capacity, due to business need.

- Ability to meet, communicate, and interact with individuals from varying backgrounds and other health care team members in a courteous and helpful manner in order to complete job assignments.
- Ability to set up, organize, and maintain record systems.
- Customer Service, multi-tasking, computer and typing skills, use various types of office automation equipment and software, and interpersonal communication skills both verbally and written.
- Strong attention to detail while being able to multi-task and maintain patience and composure (with customer service etiquette) in stressful situations.
- Possess strong critical thinking abilities such as problem solving, root cause analysis, and provide timely solutions.
- Ability to be flexible to float to any clinic or location and position as needed.
