Patient Access Representative-Part Time
Greater Regional is looking for a Patient Access Representative to work a flexible part-time schedule, including shifts needing coverage as well as some nights and weekends. This position arranges for the efficient and orderly registration of patients, ensuring accurate patient information is collected. A professional and courteous manner is required while gathering insurance and personal patient information. There is a $10/hour weekend incentive!
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls in a clear, professional manner
- Greet patients and visitors as they enter the facility
- Provide patients with billing and payment information
- Maintain patient records according to HIPAA guidelines
Requirements
- Prior experience with insurance and medical records is a plus
